SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
We cannot ship to PO boxes at this time. Please provide us with a physical address in order for us to ship your bars.
Future Delivery Dates
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate holding boxes for future delivery dates. Orders ship within 3-5 business days within time of purchase.
Once orders have been processed we cannot accept cancellations. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after placing an order. Should you wish to cancel your order please send an email to email@example.com to inquire about order status.
Changes of address can only happen before an order has been processed. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after placing an order. If you input your address incorrectly please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to inquire about order status.
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. All customers will receive a tracking link upon shipment of their order. Tracking links contain the most updated information available in regards to order status.
Once an item has left our warehouse, customers are encouraged to stay up to date with delivery based on their tracking link. Deliveries that are unsuccessful will be taken to the closest depot location for pickup. It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the package at the designated pickup location. ENERCHIA is not responsible for packages not retrieved.
Damaged in Transit
For any packages damaged in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Please take pictures of item damage and include in email along with expiry date (located on the side of individual bars). We will open a trace with the courier immediately. If the bars cannot be consumed, we will process a replacement once the trace is complete.
Lost in Transit
For any packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will open a trace with the courier immediately. We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their trace and deemed the package lost.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to being a food item with a limited best before date along with food safety handling concerns, bars are considered final sale. That being said, we want you to be happy. If you encounter a problem with your bars please contact email@example.com within 7 days of delivery of order and we will do what we can to make it right.
